Setting the Date Range

The date range defines from which date the extension will start checking for invoices. Invoices older than the selected date will be ignored.

There are cases in which the portal does not provide the invoice date, in which case the extension will download all invoices.

Portal Settings

Some portals require additional configuration for the extension to work.

This is because the extension navigates to the URL path of the portal billing page or where invoices are located, and some of them require an ID or identifier in the URL.

This ID is only used to construct the URL when the portal is selected, and is not stored or used otherwise.

Viewing Cached Invoices

The "Cached Invoices" section provides a list of all invoices that have been downloaded by the extension.

This list is useful to avoid the extension downloading the same invoice multiple times, although when the invoice is processed, it would already be detected as a duplicate.

You can clear the entire cache by clicking the 🗑️ icon or the individual invoices with the ❌ icon.
