Understanding GetInvoice subscription plans, pricing, and managing your billing.
Subscription Plans
Plans primarily differ based on the number of invoices processed per month. All paid plans include unlimited connected email accounts, web portal connections (via extension), bank statement uploads, and users.
Free
Up to 10 invoices/month. Standard support. Ideal for trying out the service.
Starter
Up to 50 invoices/month. Priority support (24-hour response target).
Growth
Up to 250 invoices/month. Priority support (12-hour response target).
Scale
Up to 500 invoices/month. Priority support (8-hour response target).
Premium
Up to 1000 invoices/month. Priority support (6-hour response target).
Enterprise
Up to 2000 invoices/month. Priority support (4-hour response target).
Credit System
Plans provide a monthly quota of invoice processing "credits". Each successfully processed invoice typically consumes one credit. Your available credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can monitor your usage on the dashboard.
Pricing & Billing Cycle
- You can view current pricing on the Pricing Page.
- Choose between Monthly or Yearly billing.
- Yearly Billing: Offers a significant discount (equivalent to getting roughly 4 months free compared to the monthly rate).
Subscribing to a Plan
- Visit the Pricing Page.
- Select your desired billing cycle (Monthly/Yearly).
- Choose the plan that fits your needs (Starter, Growth, etc.).
- Click the "Get Started" button.
- You will be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page.
- Enter your payment details and confirm the subscription.
- Upon successful payment, you'll be redirected back to GetInvoice, and your account will be upgraded.
Invoicing
Stripe will automatically send you an invoice for your subscription every month, which will get picked up by GetInvoice and added to your account.
Managing Your Subscription
Once subscribed, you can manage your billing details through the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
- Access the Portal: Click the "Billing" button on the dropdown menu when you click on your name on the top right corner.
- Redirect to Stripe: Clicking this button will generate a secure session and redirect you to the Stripe Billing Portal.
- Manage: Within the portal, you can:
- Update your payment methods.
- View past invoices from Stripe.
- Change your subscription plan (upgrade/downgrade).
- Cancel your subscription.
- Update billing information (address, tax ID).
Security
Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe.
