Overview

Understanding the main dashboard and its functions.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the login page.
  2. Enter your credentials or use a social login provider (Google, Azure AD) associated with your account.
  3. Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

By default, if you connected an account and have no invoices yet, we will automatically initiate a scan to find invoices from the last 90 days.

Plan Access

If you haven't selected a plan yet, you'll automatically be on the free plan that includes 10 credits per month.

No Accounts Linked?

If you log in but have no email accounts linked (e.g., you logged in with credentials), you will see no connected accounts. If you logged in with a social provider, you should see your email account already linked.

Main Features

The dashboard is organized into several tabs, allowing you to access different functionalities:

  • Dashboard: The main overview, showing your connected accounts, recent invoices, scan history, and credit usage.
  • Retroactive: Initiate scans to find invoices from past emails or connected sources.
  • Integrations: Connect GetInvoice to other services like accounting software.
  • Insights: View analytics and summaries derived from your invoice data.
  • Settings: Configure various options like invoice filename formatting, amount display, notification preferences, and manage your billing information (access might depend on your user permissions).
