Users

Invite users and manage their access and permissions in GetInvoice.

Overview

GetInvoice allows you to invite team members and manage their access to your organization's invoice processing system. Control who can view, process, and manage invoices with granular permission settings.

User Types

Root User

  • Full administrative access
  • Cannot be modified by other users
  • Can manage all permissions
  • First user of the organization

Team Members

  • Customizable permissions
  • Can be added or removed
  • Access levels can be modified
  • Managed by users with billing access

Permission Levels

Permissions for users can be managed in the Settings > Accounts section.

By default, new users will have access to the dashboard, but not the settings or billing.

Inviting Users

Share Link

Click the "Invite Users" button in your dashboard

A unique invitation link will be generated

Share the link with your team members

Recipients can join using their Google, Microsoft, or email and password

Security Features

  • Invitation links are unique and secure
  • Users must authenticate to join
  • Permissions can be set after joining
